Case 01 · Logistics
The problem
Several systems each created and sent their own shipments. No single person could see them all. A simple question like "did it go out?" took time and phone calls.
What we built
One central place that runs the shipments for every system. Each shipment carries its status and its source.
The result
The team sees every shipment on one screen. It is clear what went out, when and from where. No more calling around to check.
The HVAC version of this problem: job updates spread across CRM, dispatch and field tools, with the office calling techs to know what is going on.
Case 02 · Energy
The problem
A company in the energy sector billed customers on custom contracts. Standard billing tools could not handle their terms, so people filled the gaps with spreadsheets and manual checks.
What we built
A settlement system built around the real terms of each contract, not around what a standard tool allows.
The result
Billing runs on the contract terms, not on workarounds. Less manual work and fewer errors at the end of the month.
The HVAC version of this problem: service agreements and extra charges that finance has to rebuild by hand before invoicing.
