The rules for using Cosmiq — plans, credits, trials, your content and your EU consumer rights.
Last updated: June 10, 2026These terms are a contract between you and [Company legal name] (“Cosmiq”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Cosmiq for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
Cosmiq is a visual studio for creating AI content — text, images and video — using third-party models, on plans billed with two credit types: Cosmic Energy (renews monthly with your plan) and Crystals (purchased packs that never expire).
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You must be at least 16 years old. One person per account unless your plan includes team seats.
EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services, when you start using paid features during that window you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost to the extent the service has been performed. To withdraw, email support@cosmiq.studio.
Cosmic Energy renews with each billing period. Crystals never expire and stay yours while you have an account. Credits are not legal tender, are non-transferable and are refundable only where the law requires.
You keep all rights to the prompts and reference materials you provide and confirm you have the right to use them. Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, Cosmiq claims no ownership over the outputs you generate. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including checking rights, accuracy and applicable disclosure rules.
Do not use Cosmiq to create unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, impersonate real people deceptively, attempt to break or overload the service, or resell access. Model providers’ own usage policies also apply to generations made with their models.
We work hard to keep Cosmiq available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party models may change or become unavailable; where a model is retired we will offer a comparable alternative.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
These terms are governed by the law of [country]. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes go to the courts of [venue], or your local courts where consumer law so provides.
